I would highly recommend Timber Ridge Inspections if your require an in depth and thorough home inspection prior to purchasing a home. Dan the owner takes the time to walk through the entire home(inside and outside) and explain in detail what's good or bad about all aspects of the home. He produces and delivers a detailed report, approx 40 pages, the same day as the inspection and cost is very reasonable!
